El hundimiento de la libertad de expresión: censura a través de la propiedad intelectual
La excelente película El Hundimiento -que en Alemania no gusta- ha servido para parodias de mucho tipo en Youtube, pero ahora, a través de la protección de la propiedad intelectual, se ha protegido que cualquier imagen de la película no pueda ser usada para hacer parodia.
«Este vídeo incluye contenido de Constantin Film, que lo ha bloqueado por motivos de derechos de copyright.» reza youtube con la parodia de Lopera.

Jurídicamente impecable: youtube puede hacer lo que quiera, que para eso tiene libertad empresarial. Más aún puede retirar contenidos para quitarse posibles responsabilidades, dado el legítimo temor que le puede inspirar una acción legítima por la entidad que tiene los derechos patrimoniales de la película.
De otra parte, la «censura» es una figura jurídica reservada a la restricción de contenidos por los poderes públicos, y aquí no hay poder público alguno que ordene la retirada de contenidos. Además, la censura prohibida es la previa, que aquí no se ha dado.
Eso sí: la libertad de expresión severamente restringida.
Me recuerda a la página de frikipedia sobre la SGAE, autocensurada para no meterse en problemas.

Flash need a satisfy internet connection and another plug-in for your browser. While CSS3 don’t need special specification for your browser. But we have to remember, CSS3 only can be opened by Bolt, Safari, and Google Chrome. IE and Mozilla doesn’t support for CSS3.For me, CSS3 and Flash have their own function. CSS3 more simply to be animated in browser because it don’t need the special requirements, like Flash. But, Flash have more variety of animations. So, be wisely !!! ^^
